We have considerable experience working in partnership with Local Authorities to provide social housing and temporary accommodation to homeless families and individuals. Working in partnership with Local Authorities, we have actively reduced the number of homeless families, and increased the overall condition of temporary accommodation we provide.
We are an accredited landlord with The Residential Landlords Association and an approved provider and manager of accommodation to Local Authorities.

- We are aware of the sensitive background of families, and the challenges they may experience whilst they are within the homelessness framework and our team members have attended specialist training courses to be able to support them

- Non-Secure Tenancy Agreements
- Rent Deposit Schemes
- Unaccompanied minors (via Social Services)
- Assured Shorthold Tenancies for the discharge of duty;
- General need HMO’s for the statutory homeless and
- Special projects include rehousing ex-offenders and the Rough Sleepers initiative
- We also have a retained dedicated maintenance team and work with specialist sub-contractors who are registered and comply with the appropriate trade bodies
